MMA TRAINING

At The FightLab our syllabus is focussed on MMA training. MMA is the most efficient martial art out there and the fasted growing combat sport. We’re helping men and women of all ages and abilities learn how to strike and defend themselves from any position. Whether you’re interested in cage-fighting, real-world self-defence or just a great total-body workout we’ve got you covered. Our Mixed Martial Arts classes give you access to hands-on instruction in a safe and supportive environment.

MMA is a cage tested no holds barred fighting system of offensive and defensive methods, putting equal emphasis on striking, wrestling and physical conditioning.

Due to the vast quantity of combative techniques involved, students must have a comprehensive knowledge of several different martial arts ranges.

We cater for all levels of fitness and experience. We pride ourselves on our community ethos, and standards of training. Your fellow students were all beginners and will always show you the ropes if you can’t get the hang of things. It’s a hard working group but really friendly and supportive to beginners as well as more experienced martial artists.
