In this Self Defence class, kids will learn striking, clinch, throws & ground fighting as part of this class.

Kempo, meaning 'Fist Law' or 'Fist Method' in Japanese is much like Karate, with the addition of throws & ground fighting.


Saturdays - 10.30am 8-13yrs
Wednesdays - 7.30pm 12yrs+

£5 per class for under 16yrs


FREE UNIFORM FOR NEW MEMBERS & FREE GRADINGS*

*£20 per annum for membership & insurance.

SAFE PRACTICE





All students, not just juniors are expected to wear 'Bogu' (protective armour) to allow full contact training. There is some spare sets available for people until they can obtain their own.

  5. Headguards with face grills
